Mindset Tacoma, LLC is a mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) located in Tacoma, Washington. We offer in-person

A mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a non-residential treatment program that provides more support and structure than traditional outpatient therapy. IOPs are designed for people who need more frequent contact with mental health clinicians than they can receive in a traditional outpatient setting but do not require the level of care provided in a residential or inpatient (hospital) program.
